Inglewhite Dairy
Within shouting distance of the original Butlers farm on Beacon fell (Grandad Butler still has much to do with it today) is our dairy just outside the picturesque village of Inglewhite. This is the home of Blacksticks Blue as well as a bunch of artisan rinded and hand-made territorial cheeses that we think are tasty enough to wear our logo.
Tim Fisher is the head cheese maker there - in fact he’s been there flipping ages and there is not much he doesn’t know about cheese. Not one to miss a trick, Tim makes sure that everything is just as it should be in the dairy so that you get the tastiest cheese that we can make.
