Hi,
I'm a Garstang native & have lived in the USA for the last 18 years. Lancashire cheese is still my favorite. I found your website & wondered whether you delivered in the Garstand/Preston area because I'd love to send your cheeses to family over there. Lovely website. Cheers. |

| Hi there glad you found our website and good to hear from you! If you can hang on for a month we are just in the process of creating an online shop for our cheeses, so that is definitely going to be your easiest option. If you sign up for our newsletter via the link on the "latest news" page you will be sure to be one of the first to know the shop is open! |

Dear Butlers Cheeses,
Quite by accident I recently discovered your Red Leicester. I was so impressed with this wonderful cheese that I retained the wrapper in order to research your products further and to find out where more of them are available. |

| Hi John, thanks for your message and so glad that you enjoyed our Red Leicester. You can find out who stocks our Blacksticks cheeses by viewing the "where to buy" page within the blacksticks section of the website. We are currently compiling a stockists page for our other cheeses but do please ask if there is a specific cheese that you want to find in your area and we will happily help. |

| Hello, Blacksticks Blue is the amber (orange) coloured cheese. The white cheese you found is most likely Blacksticks White - another one of our Blacksticks cheeses. Both are blue cheeses. I hope that helps and I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed them both! Do also look out for Blacksticks Silk (made from goats milk) and Blacksticks Velvet (made from sheeps milk). In fact Blacksticks Velvet is currently available in M&S. Thanks for the feedback. |

Hi Mike, the delay in reply is because we are still discussing this at the dairy! We don't have anything specific, though we do like our cheeses with Boddingtons, Guinness and strong dry cider. If you would like to do some research and let us know what you think is best with a selection of our cheeses we would be happy to send you some cheese as a thank you.

| Q : Segments? |

| From: Leonard Simonis, Bournemouth |

| All cream cheese makers seem to have given up on selling in boxed wrapped segments. It is ruiness to put the lot in the fridge, could you consider it? It is quite a problem when the only one in the family addicted? |

| Hi Leonard, I can appreciate your point, however we don't make any cream cheeses so it is not something that we can solve for you. The nearest product that we make is a shortly to be launched in M&S spreadable goats cheese in a 125g pot - perhaps you would find this so delicious that you wouldn't want to put it away in the fridge?! |

| Just come across your site and what memories it has evoked. I Lived In Longridge when I first got married in 1968 and have many happy memories, coincidentally at the time i worked on the switchboard at Booths in Preston. Amazing to see how the company has grown. I still love Lancashire cheese and friends bring it when they come to visit. |

Asda Boston (Sleaford Road) - Asda Extra Special Creamy Lancs wedges.
Asda Lincoln (Newark Road) - Asda Extra Special Crumbly lancs, Creamy Lancs and Tasty Lancs wedges.
I Hope that these stores are near to you and you get to taste our delicious cheeses!

| Q : Mislabled Blue? |
|
| From: Mike Abbotts, Beverley |

Hi,
I'm familiar with Blackstick's Blue - a regular on Beverley market. Just tried a different blue from Easingwold market - a super cheese! But it was labled Butler's Blue which does not appear on your site, so, for future reference, what was it ? It tasted like a cross between gorgonzola and dolcelate, soft but quite strong. Beacon Blue, or what?
Cheers, Mike |

| Hi Mike, Butlers Blue is the same as Blacksticks White. We are trying to phase the Butlers Blue name out in order to remove confusion such as this, but we are aware that some delis and smaller stores might still refer to the name, as might some of their customers! I hope this clears the confusion for you anyway and glad to hear that you enjoyed it. |
