Q : pasteurised milk?

I really love this cheese and would be grateful if you could tell me if
it is made from pasteurised milk? I have noticed some cheeses state whether it is or unpasteurised, however it does not say on the pack.

Hello Louise, I’m glad that you like our cheese. Yes Blacksticks Blue is made from pasteurised cows milk.
