Our farms
We currently have 12 farms helping to supply us with the milk that we need for all of our tasty cheeses. Surrounding Inglewhite Dairy, some are literally on our doorstep whilst the furthest one is 14 miles away - we don’t think that’s bad at all. We collect the milk ourselves in our own tanker so that we get it the minute the cows have been milked.
Good friends and family (including Gillian’s brother Andrew and Grandad Butler), most of our farms have been working closely with us for many years. Every one is a member of The Assured Dairy Farm Scheme, which ensures standards on everything from food safety to animal health and environmental standards. Also members of the Red Tractor Scheme, we know that we are giving you high standards of welfare and production – it’s as important to us as it is to you.
