Ravens Oak Dairy
Right, we’ve got a confession to make. Our tiny Ravens Oak Dairy is close to Nantwich in Cheshire, and whilst we were bothered about driving over the border, this excellent dairy gave us good reason to when we bought it off founder, Sandra Allwood in 2003.
Sandra had got the dairy a great reputation and like us, she loved making real hand-made cheeses that were winning awards everywhere that she took them.
Headed by our resident cheese maker Katy Hollinshead, this little gem of a dairy makes many of our goat’s cheeses including Kidderton Ash and Whitehaven – outstanding cheeses that keep winning the awards.
