Cauliflower and Blacksticks Blue Soup

Ingredients

Method

  1. Place onion and garlic in a pan and cook for a few minutes
  2. Add the cauliflower and stock, cook until soft
  3. Remove pan from heat and leave to cool, add the Blacksticks Blue and cream then liquidise until smooth
  4. Season if required and serve with crusty bread
