BLACKSTICKS BLUE
Bright like the early morning sun, creamy in its texture with just enough blue bite to tingle your taste buds and keep you coming back for more!
Blacksticks Blue is the original contemporary farmhouse blue cheese. It burst onto the scene in 2004 unlike anything else in the blue cheese arena; the product of amazing skill and incomparable cheesemaking passion.
Available in 150g Wedge, Whole Baby Truckle, Whole Cheeses.
Button Mill
A bright, unbelievably soft little cheese that has a truly unique rind and delicate flavours that make it dangerously moreish. The unique cocktail of cultures results in each cheese behaving and maturing in a truly unique way that just grows more and more delicious with each day.

Sunday Best
This authentic farmhouse Lancashire cheese is lovingly hand made by our Cheesemakers . It's50 year old family recipe comes from Jean, a 2nd Generation Cheesemaker here at Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses. Sunday Best takes 48 hours to make, and is then aged for a further 18 months.

Classic Territorial Wedges
Our award winning, classic wedges are all cut from a big, round, whole cheese. Made in the traditional way, rounds (so no edges) allow the cheese to mature evenly, resulting in a fantastic flavour.
Trotter Hill is a rich Lancashire cheese matured for at least 12 months.
Mrs Butler's Farmhouse Creamy Lancashire is a classic cheese that is matured for 3-5 months.
Goosnargh Gold is a classic Double Gloucester, matured for 5 months.
Rothbury Red is an authentic Red Leicester matured for 7 months.
