A gold award-winning cheese, Trotter Hill is really unlike any of the other classic cheese. This time honoured Lancashire cheese is handmade in the same way since 1932 with pasteurised cows' milk from local herds.

Our Trotter Hill Lancashire wedge is cut from a big round cheese - traditionally cheese is made this way - no edges to the cheese means even maturation and results in a fantastic flavour (plus you can roll it, if you are that way inclined).
Just because this is a traditional Lancashire cheese, doesn't mean you need to eat this in a traditional way!

The cheese wrap should be recycled with plastic bags in supermarkets. Whilst you're there, you can also take other flexible plastic like bread bags, cereal bags, and toilet roll bags!
