Known as a Great British Brie, Burland Bloom is buttery yellow in tone with a pale rind much like those found in France. Each delicate cheese starts life as a firm, chunky cheese that grows softer and more flavoursome over time without becoming overbearing.
Burland Bloom is hand made in individual moulds using milk from herds that graze the fields surrounding our dairy. Maturation takes place in carefully controlled conditions, to develop the fluffy coats before being hand-wrapped ready for you.
There’s not much you can’t do with Burland Bloom, we recommend baking it on pizza for a serious cheese fest accompanied by your best craft beer. Alternatively add it to the top of lasagne for some serious indulgence.
